Lucy-Ann says:
"Having worked with many talented athletes from a wide range of sports over the last 12 years (from runners, cyclists, & triathletes from the world of endurance sport, to GB level equestrians, national ballroom dancers, power lifters and boxers) my experience of Sports Nutrition and specifically "fuelling for performance and recovery" is diverse, in-depth and highly effective. We truly are a reflection (both physically and mentally) of what we eat, as well as what we think, believe, say, and do! Optimising the nutritional aspect of one's day-to-day life, as well as one's training and recovery program, is a crucial part of sporting and "life" success. My role is to help Will "feed" his Olympic dream, with nothing less than 5 star fuel!"
"When I was approached to get involved in helping Will Maybanks, and being part of the team that will propel him forward on his "Olympic" journey.... I didn't hesitate! Knowing the huge difference that good nutrition and fuelling can make to any "type" of physical, and sports performance, I knew that, together, we could make a real and very positive difference. Seeing, too, Will's natural talent, and confidence, and bringing this into the mix, I had no doubt in my mind that we were on to a winner! See you at The 2012 Games everyone!"
