My life has changed from being in Watford and everyday school and then sometimes training and trying to juggle between the two. Now I am right where I want to be in Budapest where i eat sleep and live Table Tennis. Everyday I wake up around 8am and get back to the flat just before 8pm. A full days work!
I have changed and am continuing to change my diet with my nutrionist Lucy-Ann Prideaux, which has definitely made a difference; I now feel more energetic especially in the morning and i find my focus is improving. I am also working to change my mental side of my game and physcology with Beryl Whiting.
Training has been going very well and I know that I am getting of a better standard, consistently also. I have had disappointing results in recent competitions but with the help of Beryl and will power i am determined to just keep at it. It doesn’t just happen overnight so am going to continue to work and work, harder and harder. No pain, no gain!
I will hopefully be playing in an Austrian league next season which will be ideal as there will be lots of matches at a good standard available to me. I can see i am heading in the right direction and know this is the best way to achieve where i want to be. With the support of WillMeOn and by listening to the team around me and maintaing the hard work i am putting in, i know i can achieve my dream.
